Welcome/Prayer
Introduction Of Moderator and Candidates
Purpose of Tonight's Forum
1. Each Candidate will be given up to five (5) minutes to make
an Opening Statement
2. Each Candidate will be given up to three (3) minutes to respond to
each of the questions.
3. Community members will have an opportunity to ask individual Candidates
questions. The candidate to whom the question is directed will have
up to two (2) minutes to provide their response. Any other candidate will
then be given the opportunity to answer the same question if they so choose.
4. Closing Statement by each Candidate (up to 2 minutes).
GROUND RULES
Everyone (Candidates & Community Members) will be respected.
No interruptions, shouting, name-calling.
Everyone has a right to their own opinion.
Candidates may choose to not answer any question they feel is inappropriate,
or which they do not have the necessary facts to adequately respond to.
