Update June 5, 2000
The tobacco tax issue made it onto the agenda for today's Senate
meeting (June 5, 2000.) Sadly, but perhaps not suprisingly, the issue was
once again tabled i.e. put off for another day.
On an unrelated (or is it?) note, what was Lorraine (Wilbur)
Loomis doing sitting at the Senate table as though she were still a member
of the Senate? |
